I think the overshadowed church is the Star of the Sea, City Quay. The office development is the lumpy and rather ugly George's Quay, which isn't sure if it's lots of scaled-down versions of the central building in Canary Wharf in London or a collection of post boxes. Whatever the architects' idea may have been, it certainly isn't a particularly good contribution to Dublin's architectural stock.

Mixed styles indeed but looks rather interesting on your picture... Maybe architects tried to get some positive space energy into these pyramides?
