This guy was at work in Grafton Street on the same day as the sand sculptor I pictured yesterday. I liked his technique (I presume he would have done portraits of passers-by, but the piece on his easel was coming from his head). Apart from the nice-looking work unfolding there, I couldn't help noticing his nicely colour-coordinated dress sense (right down to matching half gloves) and the neat way he used his hat band to store pencils and brushes.
